The basics (Before) |

Using a little of the ample attic
space, the master bedroom became an open and bright room.
C. C. & Subs performed their magic here again. |

This bedroom was transformed from the
commonplace to the exceptional. |
The footed bath was rescued and became
a part of a unique design with an European flavor. |

As you can see, there was considerable
updating of the plumbing and fixtures to bring it to current code . |
The master bath is a work of art. The
style of the period was faithfully kept while providing the amenities
that one would expect in the 21st century. |

Ample closets were worked into the new
design on the second floor. |
With style and modernization, this
bedroom kept its historical character. Behind the walls is new wiring,
insulation and air conditioning. |

Years of repainting and re-varnishing
made it a real challenge to recover the original flooring and trim
work. Look to the left and see how C. C. & Subs did.
