About the Owner

CONNIE COOPER

 Connie has over 20 years experience in the custom home building industry.  She has handled all facets of the home building process, from the selection of interior and exterior materials to the scheduling of subcontractors during the construction phase. She has worked with subcontractors and homeowners and has kept close track of material and labor costs on each job.   She has estimated costs on home construction and has negotiated bank loans for construction financing.

 

Connie has done interior design and interior decorating work.  She has years of experience as a primary contact for subcontractors, homeowners and suppliers.  She can expedite any subsequent warranty work for the home owner.  She can also assist the home owner at closing. She is an experienced bookkeeper to boot.

 

Connie has been working in the Woodlands area for 15 years and she is familiar with the Woodlands staff and sales personnel.  She has worked through the permit process, building procedures, and inspections department many times. She knows how to get things done. Her bi-lingual skills are a plus in the building business for communicating with subcontractors and sometimes, homeowners.
